Eden Environmental Consulting understands the challeges facing those involved in buying, selling, lending, and managing commercial real estate and industrial property.  We have extensive experience with property assessment, including the All Appropriate Inquiry rule.  Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), compliant with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Designation 1527-05, are recognized as a leader in the industry.  A Transaction Screen is rarely recommended, but it could be the best choice if used as a pre-cursor to a full Phase I ESA.
